Professional Counselor & Assistant Director
Bevin Dunn, LPC-MHSP
It takes such courage to open ourselves to the possibility of healing when we have been hurt. But the fullness of life that grows out of engaging in the healing process is something I continue to experience personally in my own life and professionally with my clients. The wounds of life often leave us broken and divided inside ourselves and in our relationships. Walking alongside others as they wrestle with life questions (Who am I? Why am I here? Why do I hurt? Why did it happen to me? Is God there, and does he care? Is a good life possible?) is a sacred honor and privilege as a counselor. Counseling can be an opportunity to move towards healing and greater wholeness within ourselves and our relationships. I would love to journey with you as you engage these questions with your head, heart and soul. The fuller life is worth it!
My passion is to create a safe space for people to wrestle with the pain in their lives so that they can be set free to journey towards healing and joy in their relationships with God, themselves, and others. I am a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Georgia and Tennessee, but I truly see counseling as a collaborative relationship between you and me, as we work together towards your growth and healing. Wherever you are on your journey, I would consider it an honor to walk beside you in the pursuit of who you were made to be.
“But do not be afraid. The simple fact that you are more aware of your wounds shows that you have sufficient strength to face them…Your heart is greater than your wounds.”

To focus fully on my work with clients, I have opted out of insurance networks, meaning that you simply pay the fee when you come. However, I can provide a receipt with the information allowing you to file with your insurance company as an out-of-network expense and possibly receive reimbursement - depending on your particular plan.
Intake and Consent Forms will be sent to you upon scheduling of your appointment.
