Integrate Formation
Resources for the Church
The hope of Integrate Formation is to join in the joy, beauty, and wholeness of the Trinity through the integration of mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We have the combined experience that comes with a team of trained professional counselors and spiritual directors that form part of the third branch of Integrate that focused on resourcing local churches with trauma-informed resources that foster holistic spiritual formation.
Desiring health and wholeness, Integrate Formation seeks to equip and empower others with wisdom from the fields of professional counseling and Christian spiritual formation, helping them explore how these insights can be embodied to provide healthy relationships, community, and overall well-being.

Integrate Formation’s Commitments
Spiritual Formation: Restoring connection with the triune God through the ancient and embodied practices of Christian orthodoxy like Sabbath, silence, Scripture meditation, and prayerful community.
Mental Health Integration: Trauma-informed care that respects both psychological insight and spiritual transformation, helping people experience healing without needing to compartmentalize faith and therapy.
Church Partnership: We walk alongside pastors, lay leaders, and ministry teams to provide safe, spiritually grounded spaces for growth, reflection, and emotional wellness.
Holistic Practice: From somatic work to silence and sabbath, we invite people into practices that integrate the body, mind, and soul in the presence of God.
