Whether you're navigating the complexities of a relationship or feeling lost in your own story, I offer a space where honesty and hope can coexist. I work with couples and adult individuals—particularly those who feel emotionally disconnected, spiritually weary, or stuck in painful patterns they can’t quite name.

In my work with couples, I help partners untangle the cycles of conflict that keep them feeling unheard, unseen, or alone. Many couples I sit with long to feel close again but aren’t sure how to reach one another without sparking another argument or shutting down. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based model grounded in attachment theory, to help couples move from frustration and distance toward connection, safety, and secure bonding.

With individuals, I often work with people who are exploring the intersection of their faith and emotional well-being. If you're longing for deeper connection and are open to exploring how a relationship with God can offer refuge and strength in your daily life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These modalities help people access their emotions with more clarity, relate with greater openness, and move toward what matters most—even in the face of pain.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and a Certificate in Spiritual Formation in Counseling. I’m certified in EFIT Levels 1 and 2, and I continually seek to integrate spiritual insight with research-based care in ways that are gentle, practical, and transformative.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy can be a space of new beginnings, and I’d love to help you find your way back home.

“When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy. It is as though he were saying, ‘Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it’s like to be me.’”
