Integrate began with a desire for our lives to feel more whole. We noticed that there are times that we feel like we are just trying to survive, scrapping pieces of life together. Our minds might be staying awake at night, while our bodies want to sleep. Or our bodies are awake, but our minds feel sluggish and weighed down. And our souls are often set aside just trying to get through each day's schedule. Our bodies and minds and souls are out of synch with each other. We wanted more for our own lives, for those we care about, and for our community. And so we decided to offer a variety of services and multiple avenues toward health. This means we have neurofeedback, mental health counseling, and spiritual direction to welcome different parts of you into the healing process.
At Integrate, we are walking out our own journey toward wholeness and we are delighted to help you do the same. And we are convinced that as you do so, the fullness you will experience is healing and worth the work.
A Strong & Holistic Approach
Each person is unique, so rather than do things the typical way, we specialize in holistic care that addresses our clients’ specific needs. It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on which person from our team is the best match. Once you are matched with one of our team members, you will work with them on designing a plan around your specific mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Our Logo
While you don’t have to be a Christian to come to Integrate, the Christian faith is a part of our team’s lives. So we chose the Celtic triquetra, or trinity knot, as part of our logo because it symbolizes the eternal communion Christians believe exists between the Father, Son and Holy Spirit - they live an integrated life together, full of love. We chose the vine to run through the center of our logo to demonstrate the way we can become integrated into the life of the Trinity - our life connected to God’s life as vine and branches.
“Toward wholeness” speaks of the result of integrated living, with mind+body+soul. Around here, we believe that we live our healthiest life when we are attuned and leaning into a life encompassing each part of our created self - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Finally, our logo points not only to the integrated self, but to an integrated community. Instead of separating and polarizing, we believe in the beauty of integration among all people, all socioeconomic groups, all ethnicities, and the community coming together, reflecting the core values in our mission.
