Katie Mondy, Counseling Intern

Hello! Embarking on the journey of counseling can feel daunting and intimidating, and I understand the courage it takes to take that first step. As a counselor, my mission is to provide a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is built on empathy and collaboration, and together, we can navigate the twists and turns that life may throw your way.

As a current master’s level intern, I approach counseling as a collaborative process of understanding how your past experiences and relationships shape the story of where you have come from, where you are today, and the journey into the life you want to lead. Together, we can uncover the roots of your challenges and build a path toward healing and growth.

I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way, offering compassion, support, and guidance as you navigate life's complexities. Whether you're facing difficult decisions, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or simply seeking clarity and understanding, I am committed to providing a caring and empathetic space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.

“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
